We’re a family of five who spend a lot of time in Bolinas, California — that slightly-off-the-map coastal town where time slows down, the fog rolls in, and community is abundant.

Our dad, Scott, started making pottery as a personal practice and of recent times has turned into a full-blown family affair. Now, we’re helping him share his work beyond the studio, which is tucked near the ocean.Every piece is hand-thrown by him, the glazes are chosen with care and the shapes come from his own spirts of creativity. No two pots are exactly alike — kind of like us.

We also happen to have more lavender than we know what to do with. It grows like crazy on the property, so we started bundling it, drying it, and finding ways to work it into his crafts.

Bolinas is where we gather, argue about dinner, make said dinner, then eat it while discussing the current events of our lives. It’s where we host friends, burn marshmallows, and head out for morning walks with coffee in hand. The joy, creativity, and reality of our community is what we’re trying to share here. This isn’t just a shop. It’s a piece of the place and the people who made it.
